The core team designs training module for Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme, Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Technology Entrepreneurship Development Programme and Management Development Programme.
◎ Entrepreneurship and Management Development Training: RIIELG has experience team of senior faculty members having strong background of teaching on Entrepreneurship, Industry, Technology, Management, Information technology, Business analysis Branding and Marketing.
◎ Skill Development Training: The Institute is enriched with more than 20 designers, 20 master craftsmen and more than 20 experts for skill development training on varied trades (handloom, wood work, wooden toys, bamboo and cane work, terracotta and pottery, brass, bell metal & copper products, jute diversified products, paper meshi, mobile repairing, garments construction, fashion garments making, natural dyeing, printing and painting, food processing, bee keeping, packaging and so on.
◎ Cluster Development Programme: The Institute has expertise for MSME and traditional cluster development, both in brown field and green field categories. A dedicated team of the Institute works for cluster mapping, need assessment, diagnostic study report (DSR), detailed project report preparation and implementation of soft, hard and thematic interventions for MSME & traditional clusters, Off-farm producer organization and Farmer producer organization.
◎ Project Management Consultancy team: RIIELG has team of technologists, business analysts and management specialists for plant lay-out and BoQ preparation, supervision of installation, commissioning and trial run, at the same time providing training
to the SPV members for capacity building, application of Industry 4.0, machine learning, IoT, lean manufacturing practice and
block chain.
